The Community Organizing and Neighborhood Revitalization Priority Area of the COPC grant in Morris encompasses a variety of activities designed to combat social concerns in the Morris community. Revitalizing existing buildings, creating dialogue between diverse groups of people, and improving Morris neighborhoods are all areas that fall within this project area.
