The City of Morris and School Reuse Property Team are working together to create a plan to reuse the 17.7 acre former elementary school property located at 600 Columbia Ave. Together, they are developing, in phases, a group of new houses on the site that will be aimed at a specific market niche. The houses are envisioned to be very attractive and blend in with the surrounding historic neighborhood, but have cutting edge, eco-friendly, environmentally sustainable features with universal design elements.
